The Michaut family have been involved in winemaking in Chablis since the 1960s & this wine highlights their expertise. The nose is delicate with aromas of citrus, white flowers & flint. The palate has more delicate fruit flavours plus some spice notes.

The story begins in the 1960s in the heart of Chablis, thanks to Henri Michaut, who at the time tended fields, cows and vines on just 2 hectares. From the 1970s, the Michaut family's harvest was sold to the 'La Chablisienne' cooperative cellar.
