We use broken rice, surplus mango, and local African grains, sourced directly from the region. In Akan culture, Kofi is the name given to boys born on a Friday. We first thought of this idea on a Friday - what better day to sit back with a tropical African Pale Ale.

Our patented brewing process means we can replace half the base grain with surplus directly from the food industry. By drinking a Beyond Belief beer, not only are you helping reduce food waste, but also reducing the impact of growing and malting barley - the most carbon intensive part of the brewing process.
