Our White peach is sourced from Southern Spain. All of the harvests are supervised through a strict selection policy. This ensures only the best fruit is used for our white peach puree
Our Tahiti limes are sourced from Brazil and Ecuador. We freshly juice our limes and immediately pasteurise, ensuring we get the cleanest, freshest lime on the market.
We use 2 different varieties of raspberry, Willamette and Heritage. Once blended, the result is a lovely texture, a very deep colour and a fantastic tasting puree.
Our passion fruit is sourced from Ecuador. We use the Passiflora Edulis variety, which offers sharpness, but has a rounded floral finish, with a lovely deep yellow orange colour.
