Vina Costeira's vineyards are spread throughout the Ribeiro region, in a valley formed by the Mino rivers and their tributaries Avia and Arnoia, a privileged location that favours the cultivation of the vineyards, having ideal weather conditions. The soils, of granite origin and south orientation,are arranged in 'costeiras', the name that was historically given to the best slopes exposed to the sun, where the best grapes are grown.
