This collaboration cask is light golden and clear, built on a base of premium Maris Otter with a touch of rye for gentle spice and a hint of caramalt for sweetness and depth. Hopped exclusively with UK-grown 'American-style' varieties - Chinook, Cascade and Bullion - sourced from Hunkins and Charles Faram, as part of a long-running project to bring vibrant citrus and tropical character to British hops.

Wiper and True fell in love with brewing at home - learning their craft on a kitchen stove with pots, pans and raw ingredients scattered all around. Having spent their early years on the road, brewing nomadically they were lucky enough to gain first-hand experience at some great breweries and more importantly, some great brewers kind enough to them use their equipment. They have their own home in the heart of Bristol.
