Hop Cat is brewed exclusively with Citra hops, it bursts from the glass with bright aromas of grapefruit zest, ripe mango and hints of passion fruit. On the palate, juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavours are balanced by a clean, refreshing bitterness.

Brand Story
We brew all our beer in York, some in our original city centre brewhouse, and now a lot of the beer is brewed up the road in Osbaldwick. Our approach to brewing has always been to produce beers which we would love to drink in can, keg and cask.
