Established in 1994, in the cellar of Brighton's Evening Star pub, Dark Star is a hobby that got out of control. Planned on the back of a beer mat before craft was cool, Dark Star was built by grit, graft, grey matter (and the Grateful Dead). Plus an unapologetic 'brew (and do) what we want' attitude.
