Product Description
Mosaic hops are added at three points during the boil, and again during fermentation. This imparts bold hop characteristics, including peach, mango, lemon and pine flavours and aromas. Pale Ale malt, lager malt and a touch of light caramalt gently balance the beer while allowing the fruity flavours to shine through. The result: a blonde beer with a dry, hoppy finish and bags of Mosaic personality.
