A warm summer provided excellent ripening and development of the classic grapes used for Sea Change Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark crimson in colour, with cherry red hues, this wine has powerful aromas of dark blackberries with a ripe plum core. Aniseed, with hints of chocolate overlay on the nose, lifted with red fruits.
