Double Jus is a refreshing Aperitif de Normandie that is the brainchild of Vincent Bejot of 30&40. A blend of calvados, pommeau and rum and aged in oak barrels, this can be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif or in cocktails on a warm afternoon (perhaps in the south of France, if at all possible).
