Identifying a need for high quality modern, fruit-driven wines, Gonzalez Byass searched extensively for the best location, & planting began on a new 220 hectare property in Otero, near Toledo in 2001. The winery is dedicated to sustainable practices & minimum environmental impact. The work in the vineyard is carried out at a pace dictated by the cycles of the moon & the position of the planets.
