Founded in 1728, Aspall was born from Clement Chevalier's pioneering spirit, seeing and exploring possibility that others couldn't. When all around him were planting cereal crops, he planted orchards and followed his instinct that the first cider made in Suffolk would be a finer, lighter one for capturing the most of the bright easterly sun.
