Apperance: Light and bright Northern German style traditional pilsner. Aroma: Floral and herbal notes on the nose from the heavy late hopping with Tettnang, Mittelfruh and Saphir. Taste: Doughy pilsner malt flavours and herbal noble hop flavours are lifted by the sparkling carbonation. Low bitterness and ABV add to the drinkability.
