Prosecco PURO is obtained from the best part of the harvest of each year. The grapes come from the vineyard located in Sequals. There, the rocky soil confers to the wine a distinct minerality with unique apple and pear notes. With a long refermentation method, more than 60 days at cold temperature, the wine forms a delicate and persistent mousse with a refined perlage.

BERVINI brand is based on Italian concept of 'BERE BENE' (Drink Well). The fine drinking concept lead the action of the winery from the vineyard all the way through the bottling phase. Each BERVINI wine is crafted from the vineyard to obtain the most qualitative grapes each harvest. With the PURO line BERVINI want to express into the glass the concept of 'purity/innocence' which is visually represented by the lamb on the front label.
