Product Description
Modelled on the Special Cuvee blend, this rose uses fruit from previous harvests and a generous addition of reserve wines from their cellars in Ay. Complex and toasty, there are notes of dried red fruit and exotic spice on the nose. The palate is rounded with fine bubbles and a long finish.

The House's 174 hectares are planted with 85% of Grand Cru and Premier Cru vines, spread over seven main vineyards. Bollinger is one of a very few champagne Houses to produce the majority of their own grapes for their blends.
