Bunnahabhain Distillery sits on the shores of the Sound of Islay on the remote northern coast of the Islay. Pronounced 'Bunn-na-ha-venn' and meaning 'mouth of the river' in Scots Gaelic, our distillery has been making whisky since 1881. First launched in 1979, our 12 Year Old has set the tone and benchmark for the rest of the core range - only the best will do.
