Product Description
We blend a couple of varieties of raspberries from a number of different regions: Eastern Europe, Serbia (Willamette) and Chile (Heritage). The heritage raspberry is very sweet and juicy with a dark red colour, it is subtle in taste and close to the wild raspberry. The Willamette raspberries have a slightly tart taste due to a lower sugar content combined with a pulpy texture this brings a rich and creamy patina to our puree.
