Saint-Gervais is a small village in southern France, which is part of the Cotes du Rhone Villages benefitting from a Mediterranean climate and the effects of the Mistral which bring freshness to the wines of Domaine Clavel. Winemaker, Claire Clavel, is a descendant of the original family who have worked the vineyards since 1640. She strives every day to continue the story started by her ancestors.
