A 100% Jamaican pot stilled Rum. On the nose there are bright, zesty tropical fruits with hints of lemongrass, white pepper and unmistakable notes of pot stilled Rum. When tasting there is rich caramel sweetness and full texture, with notes of fresh cut sugarcane, mango and a subtle peppery heat. To finish there is a lingering sweetness and a clean pot still note that shows itself in ripe bananas and a hint of pimento berry.
