Working with master distiller, Charles Maxwell, London No 1 cleverly nods to the spirit's history, referencing a time before the invention of filtering removed the cloudy, blue-ish tint that gin often had. Of course, The London No.1 Gin is ultra-clean yet has managed to retain this quirky detail as a further point of difference to set it apart from other super-premium gins.
