Brand Story
Based on a farm in the heart of Cheshire, Hip Pop was founded back in 2019 by our founders Emma & Kenny. Kenny had been struggling with stomach issues, and after living in America and learning about the popularity of kombucha, Emma showed Kenny how to make it for himself. Within a matter of weeks, many of Kenny’s problems were alleviated - and it led to the creation of a kombucha microbrewery which has grown into the business that we are now.
