A true Belgian Craft Beer, combining authenticity with modern appeal. Started as a hobby, the Chouffe Brewery began in the 1970s, in the Ardennes, with brother-in-laws Pierre & Chris, when they decided to start brewing their own beer in Chris' mother-in-laws garage! Moving away from the traditional 'Monk & Trappist', Marcel, the Chouffe gnome represents the Chouffe spirit. Marcel gives a friendly personality and uniqueness to Chouffe.
