Our answer to the perfect gin. Traditionally distilled with a contemporary flavour, this is a balanced, citrus-forward gin with a lovely depth of flavour from our local favourites, dandelion and burdock. Signature is distilled with 12 botanicals including lemon, orange, dandelion, burdock and almond. A wonderful hit of citrus and pine are met with the nutty creaminess of almond in this for a beautifully balanced, wonderfully smooth gin.
