A delicate, fruity liqueur made with Mayfield Sussex Hop Gins, ripe peaches and fresh elderflower. The palate offers sweet notes of marzipan, juicy peaches and juniper berries, before a floral finish full of elderflower and lemongrass flavours.

Brand Story
Our story starts on a single farm in East Sussex, where columns of hops rise to the sky. We harvest those hops and dry them in our Oast house, and distil them in a copper pot still.
