Product Description
Clear, pale pink colour (think Provence Rose). There is a crisp rhubarb on the nose with ginger coming through on the palate along with the pine character of juniper and a spirity lift. The acidity of rhubarb and sharpness of ginger are a brilliant foil for the sweetness of liqueur, while the gin base adds a lovely freshness to the lasting finish.

Brand Story
Our story starts on a single farm in East Sussex, where columns of hops rise to the sky. We harvest those hops and dry them in our Oast house, and distil them in a copper pot still.
