An artistic and youthful Joven Mezcal, produced in the Tlacolula town of Oaxaca -the spiritual home of Mezcal. This bottling uses a mix of different woods in the cooking process (which lasts 5 days) to create a smokier profile. This bottling serves up notes of smoked white peach, grassy agave, pineapple, lime, soft wood smoke, peppery smoke, coriander and cinnamon spice.

Brand Story
The brand was founded in 2010, born out of a passion for the Mexican countryside - particularly the sun-soaked states such as Oaxaca and Guerrero, where agave grows. For the founders, as for most Mexicans, agave is a sacred plant and mezcal is an important part of their cultural heritage. By consciously holding to the authentic old ways, they aim to ensure the future of a region under threat from unsustainable production methods.
