NOAM is a natural Helles lager from Bavaria; unfiltered, unpasteurised and with no added preservatives - the antithesis of the modern commercial beer. However, what really sets it apart from the rest of the market is the elegant aesthetic of the bottle. The beer itself has a nose of fresh hay and chamomile, but once on the palate, the distinctive citric notes of the Hallertau Smaragd Hop come to the fore, leaving a clean refreshing finish.

NOAM was founded in 2016 by Daniel Noah Sheikh with the aim of changing the perception of beer. He had the ambition to fuse the heritage of Bavarian brewing with the sophistication and design of the 21st century, creating a beer that has an elegant aesthetic as well as great taste.
