Espadin Agave that is sustainably farmed on our estate in San Luis del Rio, Oaxaca and harvested at full maturation (aged 7-8 years). Subtle floral aromas, with delicate flavours of dried apricots & plums give way to a rich mouthfeel of toasted pineapple & umeshu notes.
