Brand Story
We brew modern beer that's unfined, mostly vegan and often Gluten Free. You'll find us on a small, beautiful organic farm on Gun Hill in the Sussex Weald. It's a lovely place to be and a lovely place to brew; with all the water used for brewing, coming from our own spring source deep below the meadows. We moved into the new brewery and taproom in early 2022.
