It is a grape brandy, selected by our master distiller, is aged in oak barrels in France for a minimum of 12 months then naturally flavoured with spices.

Seven Tails is the brainchild of industry veteran Arnaud de Trabuc and renowned British bar owner Joel Fraser. The name, Seven Tails, is a reference to the seven stages of alchemy. Noteworthy on the face label is the image of a fox, which is the keeper of the elixir in alchemy iconography. Surrounding the fox are seven icons that symbolize the seven stages of alchemy which guide the philosophy and process of Seven Tails.
