In 2015, armed with a backpack and an open mind, Tim and Sherwin travelled through the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. It was an incredible journey that opened their eyes to new cultures, sights, sounds and smells. The thing that really stuck with them was the food. It was vibrant, fresh and had the most incredible balance of sweet, sour, spicy and umami flavours.
