Trevethan gin is a Cornish gin made by friends John Hall and Rob Cuffe in a small alembic still called Doris. The gin makes it's presense known with a big hit of juniper and is perfect as a sipping gin or with a dash of soda but equally holds it's own in a healthy G&T. A perfect balance of smooth spirit and well defined flavours.
