Product Description
Through distillation two products were created; the 'Heart Cut' that is used to create the finest Yorkshire gin and the 'Head Cut' that is used to make Wolfe Bros premium Limoncello. We distil the Head Cut a second time in our Copper Pot Still with Lisbon Lemons in the vapour chamber to extract more citrus flavours. Once distilled, the spirit is rested with more lemon zest for natural colour.
