Hatozaki Pure Malt Whisky is a vatting of 100% malt whiskies between 4 and 6 years old which have been aged in imported bourbon casks, imported sherry casks and native Mizunara oak barrels. Its light flavour and strong character has been created by the master blenders 2 step maturation process allowing both depth and finesse to shine through.

Hatozaki was named after the oldest stone lighthouse in Japan, a symbol of safety and guidance listed as a Historical Monument. With a design strongly inspired by the delicate naturalistic art of the Edo era (1603-1868), Hatozaki also incorporates a deep respect to the whisky of Scotland, the country that pioneered the spirit.
