Extra Noir is a blend of pot and column distilled molasses rum, soaked with French oak then pressed with both French and ex-bourbon wood. Finally, we let the rum settle in ex-French cane rum casks for 60 days. No sugar, non-chill filtered and bottled at 43% ABV. Ideal for a long, serious highball.

In 2001, inspired by their grandpappy's original recipe, Richard and Bernard d'Offay created their first rum in the Seychelles. Harnessing the rich bounty of their island home, they created something that just wouldn't be the same made anywhere else. Takamaka is not just made in but made from the Seychelles.
