Product Description
Using over 100 years of distilling heritage Ukiyo Yuzu Gin is made from a harvest of barley. This is crafted into a traditional Japanese pot still shochu spirit with a rich aroma and a slightly sweet, delicate flavour. The shochu spirit is then redistilled with botanicals - juniper, mandarin and coriander - before the final infusion of yuzu. Delicately fragrant and aromatic.
